let the sunshine and the violets in…:-)

have no fear, springtime is (almost) here! 🙂

even though the Pyrénées mountains are close, we have no snow, hence no snowdrops either… 🙂 but we do have the delicate and sweet “violets of Toulouse”, heralding springtime’s arrival… these are the first ones in my backyard, they showed up 2 weeks later than last year… watchin’ them, reminds me of Luis Mariano’s popular song:”LOVE is a bunch of violets…” – btw, would you care for a small glass of violet liqueur after lunch?… cheers! 🙂

have a sunny day and a suave weekend, guys! 🙂

  1. The sun is shining and it is warming up here too, Melanie. I just might find some crocuses poking their heads up. Have a great weekend.

  2. Beautiful Violets… and so good to see them in flower. The snowdrops are out here. Happy weekend to you, too! ❤ xxx

Violets! Dreamy! It’s so nice to have spring arrive sooner. We will be able to enjoy a few warmer days, too, plus 10, plus 6 degrees, already good, after the last week’s snow piles.

  4. Wonderful! I’m ready for spring.
