Sunday lunch – bon appétit & santé!:-)

pâté de canard aux cornichons, haddock(aiglefin fumé) aux raisins secs cuits dans l’huile de coco, purée de patates douces – au lait de coco et une pointe de muscade, fromages(vache, chèvre, brebis), moelleux au chocolat noir, salade de kaki et poires nashi… je vous souhaite un décembre exquis, généreux, reconnaissant! 🙂

duck pâté & cornichons(gherkins), haddock with raisins cooked in coco oil, mashed sweet potatoes – with coconut milk and nutmeg powder, cheeses(cow, goat, sheep), dark chocolate cake, persimmon and nashi pear salad…
